29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: On or about September 5, 2018, an employee working from a metal frame scaffold was not protected from a fall by end rails, exposing the employee to a fall of approximately 17.3 feet. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
