29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):  One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices,electronic safety devices, etc.:  On or about 9/05/2018, at the northwest corner of the weld/grinding part of building, employee(s) engaged in drilling operations using Kwik Way Drill Press, Model #018, Serial #018 - 1209, RPM -220, with an unguarded chuck and drill bit used to drill holes in top of canisters.
