29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):  a) 5616 West State Street, Boise ID 83703 kitchen and back bar:  On or about September 11, 2018 and at times prior thereto; employer failed to conduct an assessment of chemical handling hazards associated with a corrosive cleaner-Super Trump by Ecolab, a corrosive dishwashing cleaner, highly corrosive to eyes and skin with 22% sodium hydroxide, CAS number 1310, and 1,2,4-butanetricarboxylic acid, 2-phospho-, CAS number 37971-36-1 and employees were not provided protective eyewear.
