There was a nick or cut in the electrode cable, approximately eight (8) feet from the welding unit, that had white electrical tape wrapped around it. B. There was a nick in the electrode cable, that had exposed wire, approximately eight (8) feet from instance A. C. There was a nick or cut in the electrode cable, approximately four (4) feet from instance B, that had gray duct tape wrapped around it. D. There was a nick or cut in the electrode cable, approximately two (2) feet from instance C, that had orange electrical tape wrapped around it. E. There was a nick or cut in the electrode cable, towards the electrode side from instance D, that had yellow, black and red electrical tape wrapped around it. F. There was a nick or cut in the electrode cable, towards the electrode side from instance E, that had yellow and black electrical tape wrapped around it. G. There was a nick or cut in the electrode cable, towards the electrode side from instance F, that had black electrical tape wrapped around it. H.
