29 CFR 1926.351(b)(4): Welding cable(s) in use were in need of repair:     The employer did not ensure that welding cables, connected to a Lincoln Ranger 250GXT welder (SN:U1180100151) were properly repaired when they were damaged when:     A.  There was a nick or cut in the electrode cable, approximately eight (8) feet from the welding unit, that had white electrical tape wrapped around it.      B.  There was a nick in the electrode cable, that had exposed wire, approximately eight (8) feet from instance A.    C.  There was a nick or cut in the electrode cable, approximately four (4) feet from instance B, that had gray duct tape wrapped around it.      D.  There was a nick or cut in the electrode cable, approximately two (2) feet from instance C, that had orange electrical tape wrapped around it.      E.  There was a nick or cut in the electrode cable, towards the electrode side from instance D, that had yellow, black and red electrical tape wrapped around it.      F.  There was a nick or cut in the electrode cable, towards the electrode side from instance E, that had yellow and black electrical tape wrapped around it.      G.  There was a nick or cut in the electrode cable, towards the electrode side from instance F, that had black electrical tape wrapped around it.      H.
