29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii): Flammable liquids were not stored in tanks or closed containers.   On or about October 2, 2018: Employees working at or near the printing machine were exposed to flammable vapors from chemicals such as but not limited to AFA-10868, Alphamide Hi-Op white, and AFA-11789, 80/20 Solvent Blend Fast.  The employer did not ensure that containers were tightly closed when not in use.
