29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms and walking-working surfaces were not kept clean, orderly and in sanitary condition:  (a) Back Room - Metal shavings from brake rotor grinding had accumulated in a pile on the floor around the Hunter Engineering Company BL505 brake lathe, exposing employees to unclean and disorderly conditions, on or about October 4, 2018.  (b) Shop Oil Tank - Oil and oil absorbent material covered a large area where a leak had occurred under and around the oil tank, exposing employees to unclean and disorderly conditions, on or about October 4, 2018.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
