29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch:  a)  Duane Sparks Chevrolet, Inc., Diagnostic/Electrical Repair Bay:  On or about October 9, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while using the abrasive wheel on the Milwaukee bench grinder with the work rest being adjusted to approximately 7/8 of an inch.
