On or about October 18, 2018, employees (room attendants) were required to work with various cleaning chemicals including , but not limited to, Zep Grout Cleaner and Rejuvenate Grout Cleaner. The employer's written hazard communication program did not contain a list of the hazardous chemicals known to present.
