Workers were exposed to an ingoing nip point on a pleated conveyor that was measured at 79 inches above ground level.    The underside of this conveyor was not protected or guarded.   Workers access this area to sweep onion residue.  c) On or about October 19, 2018, or prior thereto:  The conveyor fed by the return conveyor had an underside, or return feed, that was was not protected or guarded.    Workers were exposed to a pleated conveyor that was measured at 56 inches above ground level above an aisle way.  The underside of this conveyor was not protected or guarded.
