The mushroom presses has multiple energy sources, 120 volt electrical, 80 psi pneumatic pressure, and 100 psi steam pressure.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed: (a) Facility Wide: On October 31, 2018 and times prior, employees used energy control procedures when performing service and maintenance of machinery such as, but not limited, to the Unipress mushroom steam presses (120 volt electric, 80 psi pneumatic, 100 psi steam), Multimatic dry cleaning machines (3 phase 240 volt electric), and the Honeywell red eye boiler controller (120 volt electric). An annual periodic inspection of each energy control procedure and a review of each employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure was not performed.
