29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift:  a) On or about October 31, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to health illness from hazardous chemicals in the workplace. The safety data sheets of the chemicals were not readily accessible to the employees. The hazardous chemicals included but are not limited to the following:      1) Napa Brake fluid - used to clean parts in the production area and contains various glycol ethers and could cause serious eye damage and skin irritation.     2) Loctite Nickel anti-seize lubricant - used to lubricate parts in the production area and contains naphtha petroleum distillates and nickel and could cause eye damage and skin irritation.

The adjustable tongue of the bench grinder was not adjusted to an opening of one fourth inch.
