29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a. On or about November 1, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting masonry operations, greater than twenty-five (25') feet above the ground, were not protected from falling. LS Contracting Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1234669, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on August 11, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 33 W. Huron St., Chicago, IL.
