29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l) (Construction reference 1926.602(d)):    a)  On or about October 29, 2018, and at times prior, at 2341 Henderson Mill Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30345, the employer exposed employees to hazards associated with employees operating a rough terrain forklift without training.  Employees used a Merlo forklift, Serial Number C6001314 to lift materials and lower trash from the roof of an apartment complex.
