29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) List of Hazardous Chemicals and (e)(1)(ii) Training on the Hazardous Chemicals used in Non-Routine Tasks:  (Construction Reference: 1926.59)                                                                 Payless Renovation Project: A written hazard communication program was not developed or implemented for employees who worked with hazardous chemicals such as Portland cement and sealers.  Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.
