29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  (a): Exterior Scaffold, South Side - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet when working on a scaffold without proper fall protection. Employees were working on sections of the scaffold that did not have proper guardrails in place and were not utilizing personal fall arrest systems, on or about December 10, 2018.  There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
