29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:     a. On or about December 11th, 2018, at 4251 Tamiami Trail N., Naples FL 34103, employees were exposed to an approximate 13-feet fall hazard while in the process of performing roofing work.     b. On or about December 11th, 2018, at 4251 Tamiami Trail N., Naples FL 34103, an employee was exposed to an approximate 10-feet fall hazard while in the process of performing roofing work.    GREEN ROOFING & WATERPROOFING TECHNOLOGIES LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVILANT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN  OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1103186, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 01/17/2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2031 SW GATLIN BLVD  PORT SAINT LUCIE, FL 34953
