Location: 88 North Main Street Brockton, MA   On or about December 6, 2018 employees were exposed to electrical hazards where scaffolds were erected, breaching the minimum approach distance to electrical power lines.

Location: 88 North Main Street Brockton, MA   On or about December 6, 2018 employees were exposed to fall hazards where scaffolds were not erected by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person.
