29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employer did not provide effective information and training on hazardous chemicals that covered the required elements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv): (Construction Reference) 1926.59:  (a) Employees applied Titebond metal roof sealant onto Building S-04H at the Camp Dodge campus. Employees were not effectively trained on the hazards of allyl terminated polyether. These conditions were noted on or about 12/20/2018.
