29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a) On or about 01/09/2019 - at - 1421 Valley Trace (Lot #95), Irondale, AL - eye protection was not used when employee was operating Hitachi, NR 90AE(S1), 3 1/2" Strip Nailer and an air compressor while performing framing related activities.    Humberto Villegas Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a) (1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1290686, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/13/18, with respect to a workplace located at 3962 Crest Landing (Lot #44), Irondale, AL.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:      a) On or about 01/09/2019 - at 1421 Valley Trace (Lot #95), Irondale, AL - an employee was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 13 feet above ground level while performing framing related activities.    Humberto Villegas Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1290686, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/13/18, with respect to a workplace located at 3962 Crest Landing (Lot #44), Irondale, AL.
