At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer shall obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels.    On or about February 13, 2019, employees working with dogs were not provide annual audiograms.    A dog handler working with large dogs was exposed to 95.49 dBA, as an 8 hour time weighed average.  The employee was sampled on February 13, 2019 for 430 minutes, the remaining 50 minutes as calculated as zero (0) exposure time.
