29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  1) On or about December 12, 2018, and at prior times, Warren Miller, LLC, as the controlling employer, did not maintain an effective program which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment by a competent person. Employees of Nadus Cleaning and Handyman Services, a subcontractor, were potentially exposed asbestos while engaged in residential demolition work.
