29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On the east side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities used pneumatic nail guns without wearing eye and face protection were exposed to eye and face injuries.

29 CFR 1926.304(d): 29 CFR 1926.304(d): Each portable, power-driven circular saw withdrawn from the work did not automatically and instantly return the lower guard to the covering position of the saw. On the east side of the construction site, employees operating Makita skill saw with the lower guard wedged in the up position cutting framing material were exposed to amputation hazards.

On the east side of the construction site, employees who worked without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet while engage in framing activities.
