29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a) Kitchen: On or about September 27, 2018 an employee was burned by boiling water in a work related incident. The injury resulted in an impatient hospitalization that was not reported to OSHA within 24 hours. b) Parking Lot: On or about December 7, 2018 an employee fractured her knee cap after she slipped on black ice while walking to her car after her shift. The injury resulted in an impatient hospitalization that was not reported to OSHA within 24 hours.
