29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    (a)   This violation occurred on or about February 05, 2019, at the job site located at 3006 Eustuary Drive, Royse City, TX; employees were working from the ground and cutting plywood with a Hitachi nail gun.  Employees were not wearing safety glasses and were exposed to eye injuries.
