29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  (a) 7922 Portman Street, Montgomery, Alabama: On or about February 6, 2019 and at times prior the employer permitted his employees to operate pneumatic nail gun at approximately 120 psi to deck the roof of a new residential construction without eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) 7922 Portman Street, Montgomery, Alabama: On February  6, 2019 and times prior thereto the employer permitted employees to deck the roof on a residential construction without fall protection exposing employees to fall hazards of 11 feet 5 inches to the ground below.
