29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a. 801 Randolph Rd., Somerset, NJ (House Foods America) Production Area  The employer did not ensure that engineering controls designed to stop equipment were properly working.   Staffing agency employees operated 1 Gallon Tofu Processing Plant, Takai Tofu & Soymilk Equipment, Model ST1636, S/N 102161, where the door interlocks for access into the moving equipment did not disengage the moving gears when the access door was opened.   Violation observed on or about February 11, 2019
