29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  a) On or about February 7, 2019, and at times prior thereto; in the Specials department, where employees used Jet table saw, model JTAS-10-3, SN #4121128 without guard.  b) On or about February 14, 2019, and at times prior thereto; in the Specials department, where employees used Jet table saw, model JTAS-10-3, SN #4121147 without guard.  c) On or about February 14, 2019, and at times prior thereto; in the Production floor/Glazing area, where employees used DeltaX table saw, model Unisaw without guard.

29 CFR 1910.213(c)(3): Hand-fed ripsaw(s) did not have non kickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator:  a) On or about February 7, 2019, and at times prior thereto; in the Specials department, where employees used Jet table saw, model JTAS-10-3, SN #4121128 that did not have non kickback fingers.  b) On or about February 14, 2019, and at times prior thereto; in the Specials department, where employees used Jet table saw, model JTAS-10-3, SN #4121147 that did not have non kickback fingers.  c) On or about February 14, 2019, and at times prior thereto; in the Production floor/Glazing area, where employees used DeltaX table saw, model Unisaw that did not have non kickback fingers.

This violation occurred on or about February 14, 2019 and at times prior thereto; in the Specials department, a pendant metal junction box had knock-out used to power the Jet table saw.
