29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:  East side of residential construction site, building #3.: On or about February 15, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a trip and fall hazard while accessing the scaffold with debris, lumber, and bags of masonry cement on the floor.
