On or about February 15, 2019, at the front elevation of a residential reroofing project, the side rails of a ladder did not extended above the lower level and exposed four (4) employees to 8-foot, 6-inch fall hazards as they transitioned from, or to, the ladder or to, or from, the roof eave.    b. On or about February 15, 2019, at the left elevation of a residential reroofing project, the side rails of a ladder did not extended above the lower level and exposed two (2) employees to 8-foot, 6-inch fall hazards as they transitioned from, or to, the ladder or to, or from, the roof eave.
