29 CFR 1917.127(a)(2): Washing and toilet facilities were not regularly cleaned and maintained in good order:         a) Restroom located in the main work building North Charleston Terminal: The floor of the restroom was littered with a large amount of debris (toilet paper rolls, pieces of toilet paper, shopping bags, trash, wrappers, clothes, work cloths, etc.); toilets were unflushed and contained feces and urine; feces and urine stains were all over the toilets, urinals, floors and walls; and the smell was overpowering.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
