29 CFR 1917.152(d)(1)(xvi): Oxygen cylinders were not separated from fuel gas cylinders and combustible materials by either a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or a barrier having a fire-resistance rating of 30 minutes.  a) Worksite: oxygen and acetylene compressed gas cylinders in the back of utility trucks used at the site were found to have been left on the truck and not used on the weekends or during holidays. They should have been placed in storage where they are separated by a distance 20 feet from each other, or had a fire resistant barrier between them.  b) North end of the Car Port Bay: An oxygen and LP Gas compressed gas cylinders were used on an intermittent basis by employees to perform cutting jobs were left together on a welding cart over weekends and holidays,  were not removed from the welding cart and placed in storage where they are separated by a distance 20 feet from each other, or had a fire resistant barrier between them.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
