29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: A.) Port Erie Plastics, Inc.; Recoil-er area - On or about 2/14/19, and at times prior thereto, oil was on the floor near Recoil-er#2. The oil leak was caused by leaks in hoses for the recoil-er and recoil-er motor.
