29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  a) 190 Yarnell Road, Pottstown, PA 19465, warehouse rear - The employer did not ensure that exit routes were kept free and obstructed in that the exit discharge in the warehouse was blocked by carpet rolls, thus exposing employees to smoke inhalation hazards in the event of a fire.  This condition was observed on or about February 22, 2019.
