29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    a- 3870 Nottingham Way, Hamilton NJ: Workers, not using fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 11 feet to the ground surface below when performing roof shingle rip, tear, replace, and other related activities from a residential structure's pitched roof.  Condition observed on or about 02/26/19.     Power Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 964916, citation number 1, item number 2(a) and was affirmed as a final order on 09/04/14, with respect to a workplace located at 1800 South 16th Street, Philadelphia PA.
