29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. All American Kingston site - On or about February 26, 2019, employees installing siding while on the roof of the building were exposed to falling at least 10 feet to the ground, and the employer failed to ensure that an appropriate fall protection system was used.
