29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Location: 480 Harrison Ave, Harrison NY 10528  a) On or about February 7th, 2019, employees were exposed to fall from height hazards from walking on the top of the building that was approximately 20 feet above the ground level (two stories) with no guardrails or personal fall arrest system.
