29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  Location: 480 Harrison Ave. Harrison, NY 10528   a) Employees mix and apply Portland cement and use Sure Klean Detergent (Hydrogen Chloride Solution) to clean bricks. An eye wash facility was not available for use at the jobsite; on or about 2/26/19  Hull Construction & Restoration, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard  29 CFR 1926.50(g) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 968290, citation number 1, item number and was affirmed as a final order on 5/15/14, with respect to a workplace located at 184 West 237th Street, Bronx 10563.
