29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with either the information specified under paragraphs (f)(1)(i) through (v) of this section for labels on shipped containers; or, product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which would have provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would have provided employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical (Construction Reference 1926.59):   a.  On or about March 4, 2019, at the tank battery, two gun barrel tanks, two produce water storage tanks, and two crude oil storage tanks were not labeled, tagged or marked with either the information specified under paragraphs (f)(1)(i) through (v) of this section for labels on shipped containers; or, product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which would have provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would have provided employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemicals which included but were not limited to crude oil (flammable liquid).  Employees were exposed to crude oil hazards when checking for leaks of oil and gas produced water.
