On or about 03/14/2019, the car wash area - extension cords used to connect powered wet / dry vacuums were laying in water puddles, exposing employees to an electric contact hazard to more than 50 volts.     b. On or about 03/14/2019, the car wash area - a relocatable power tap listed for indoors use only was used outdoors to connect Christmas type lights used for illumination, exposing employees to an electric contact hazard to more than 50 volts.
