Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems were not rigged such that an employee can neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level:    a) 55 Lee Rd., Lenox, MA: on or about March 13, 2019,  and employee was observed working from a scaffold with his personal fall arrest system rigged so that he would have contacted the lower level (ground) if he fell.     Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
