29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    a) Beaches Cottage at Cranwell Resort 55 Lee Rd., Lenox, MA: On or about April 24, 2019, three employees were observed roofing this residence without any fall protection, more than 24 feet above the ground below.    Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorages used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee attached:    a) Beaches Cottage at Cranwell Resort 55 Lee Rd., Lenox, MA: On or about April 24, an employee was observed using an anchor point that would not support 5,000 pounds as it was incorrectly installed on this roof.    Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
