29 CFR 1926.102(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee who wears prescription lenses while engaged in operations that involve eye hazards wears eye protection that incorporates the prescription in its design, or wears eye protection that can be worn over the prescription lenses without disturbing the proper position of the prescription lenses or the protective lenses.  (a)  Job Site:  On March 21, 2019 and at times prior thereto, an employee utilizing a Skillsaw as designated cutter while involved in sheathing operations on a roof structure. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a) Commercial jobsite: On March 21, 2019 and at times prior thereto; employees performing framing activities were not protected from a fall while sheathing a roof structure and exposed to an approximate 10 foot fall hazard.     Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.    Chris Hayes Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1193077, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2836 E State St., Eagle, ID 83616.
