29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(iii): Electrical wiring and equipment located in inside storage rooms used for Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), was not approved under subpart S of this part for Class I, Division 2 Hazardous Locations; for Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint at or above 100 °F (37.8 °C) and Category 4 flammable liquids, was not approved for general use:    in the alternative:     29 CFR 1910.307(c): Equipment, wiring and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations was not intrinsically safe, approved for hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location:    (a) On or about August 21, 2019, and at times prior, for the employees who were exposed to fire hazards where up to approximately 275 gallons of flammable crude waste are stored in the basement area  where non intrinsically safe electrical wiring was used at or near 301 Second Street West in Williston, North Dakota.      Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1147750, Citation  1, Item  2B, and was affirmed as a final order on December 21, 2016   with respect to a workplace located at  301 Second Street West in Williston, North Dakota.
