29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about March 27, 2019, employees were exposed to slip hazards due to do a leaky roof that was not repaired. In addition to the slip hazards, employees could be exposed to health hazards if mold were to start growing where the water leaks on the roof occur.
