29 CFR 1926.100(a): The employer did not ensure that employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were protected by protective helmets. This violation occurred on March 25, 2019, where at least two (2) employees working below employees working on aerial lifts above was exposed to being struck by falling materials and tools from approximately 40 feet above.
