On or about 04/03/2019, 10013 Little Arcove Loop - employees were exposed to an 18 feet 8 inch and a 9 feet 4 inch fall hazard while loading roofing tiles onto the roof from the top of a 6:12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection was not used.
