29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  At the commercial construction site located at 19049 E Valley View Parkway, Independence, MO:  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 13 feet while working on a steep roof without the use of a fall protection system.
