The use of the flexible electrical extension cord was prohibited in that it was used in lieu of the permanent wiring of the structure.     B.)  Erie County Market, LLC, 2256 Broad Street, Erie, PA 16503, store area near office door, on or about April 9, 2019 and times prior thereto:  A flexible electrical extension cord was used to power equipment including, but not limited to, a Radio Shack intercom system.
