29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)    On or about 29 April 2019 and at times prior thereto, at the drilling site located at Lat: 30.750930, Long: -96.455143, Safety Data Sheets for hazardous chemicals in the workplace were not readily accessible to employee in work areas, exposing employees to the hazards of inhalation, ingestion, and absorption of hazardous chemicals, such as Bri-Chem Liqui Drill.
