29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a. Irving Tissue Plant (New Construction) - 1897 Allen Road, Macon, GA Dry end of basement tissue machine bldg. -Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard. The employer did not instruct employees in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate hazardous conditions associated with identifying and/or verifying 120 psi compressed air transporting through pipes before performing work on the pipes, on or about May 2, 2019.
